Leather vintage sailor cap pattern PDF - by LeatherHubPatterns

A digital PDF pattern for crafting a leather sailor cap. Features a structured crown, a front accent strap, and a short visor brim.

- We used 5-6 oz ( ~ 2 mm ) and 3 oz ( ~ 1 mm ) thick leather for this project.
- You will also need two rivets of your own choosing in size.
- All sizes included by printing at the proper scale as instructed on the first pattern page.

💡 The absolute minimum tools you'll need for this project are a cutter ( box opener ), a metal ruler, a mallet, a 2 and a 4 mm punch, two blunt needles and a cutting mat. We use masking tape to prepare the pattern and always sew with 1 mm waxed thread. That's short and sweet but please PM us for more info if you're just starting out.

⚠️ Note that you will not be able to use this file for CNC or laser cutting as it does not contain XML data. Drop us a message tho if you really need a vector format.
