- You will need 5-6 oz ( ~ 2 mm ) thick leather and a zipper at least 200 mm long.
- The model measures about 315 x 120 ( 12.5 x 4.8 inches ) and can fit quite a few toiletry items.
- For securing the zipper before sewing, some contact cement will make things easier but it's not a prerequisite.

💡 The absolute minimum tools you'll need for this project are a cutter ( box opener ), a metal ruler, a mallet, a 2 and a 4 mm punch, two blunt needles and a cutting mat. We use masking tape to prepare the pattern and always sew with 1 mm waxed thread. That's short and sweet but please PM us for more info if you're just starting out.
