This product is a digital PDF file that can be used as a pattern for crafting a Daschund ( sausage ) doggie shaped leather purse as shown in the pictures. A fairly simple project which you're gonna love making!

- There's a video tutorial at https://youtu.be/PV1W0_3vUQo

- It measures about 360 mm ( ~ 14 in ) in length, 200 mm ( ~ 8 in ) in height and 80 mm ( ~ 3.2 in ) in depth.
- We used about 3.5 sq ft ( .3 sq m ) of 5-6 oz ( ~ 2 mm ) vegetable tanned leather.
- We also used a 340 mm ( 13.3 in ) long zipper and four 20 mm D-rings.

Pattern was simple and easy to follow along with the video instructions. My daughter in law loved the end product. It was a gift for her dog grooming graduation

Lovely pattern for a dachshund crazy granddaughter. It’s going to be be filled with sweets for her birthday . A bit small for an adult to use , I think.

Can't wait to make this pattern.

This sausage dog pattern was the first I've bought from Leather Hub. I used a discarded piece of leather to trial it so I didn't waste a good piece of leather. I did end up having a problem with the pattern, I sewed the wrong pieces together. I got really mad! But I sucked it in, went to their FB page, explained my problem. The communication was great, they added some clarification on the pattern where I had got it wrong and to save anyone else potentially making the same mistake as I had done, then re-issued me with the updated pattern. How is that for customer service? Other than me misreading the pattern piece initially, this bag went together as easy as anything. I've now ordered a piece of quality black leather to make another bag. But even carrying this brown version has had me stopped by a stranger to find out more.
