This PDF pattern turns flat leather into a striking, realistic 3D skull bag. A must have accessory for phrenology enthusiasts or Lady Death worshipers.
* There's no video tutorial for this one, only the diagram on the second page. You might want to feel well accustomed to leather working before trying this one out. We used AI for the mockup pictures but the design is fully created and thoroughly tested by ourselves.
* The bag measures 8.6 in ( 220 mm ) in height, 7.8 in ( 200 mm ) in width and 9.3 in (236 mm in depth). Print at less than 100% if you want to make it smaller. Use the formula ( Aimed size * 100) / Current size.
* You will also require two 30 mm D-rings, a 30 mm buckle, a 300 mm zipper and 6.3 square feet (0.54 square meters) vegetable tanned leather.
* There are two PDFs included, one for each type of paper. Print on A4 or US Letter at actual size.
* The absolute minimum tools you'll need for this project are a cutter ( box opener ), a metal ruler, a mallet, a 2 and a 4 mm punch, two blunt needles and a cutting mat. We use masking tape to prepare the pattern and always sew with 1 mm waxed thread. That's short and sweet but please PM us for more info if you're just starting out.
* To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please note that you might need to use a browser if you're having trouble downloading from the app.
⚠️ Note that you will not be able to use this file for CNC or laser cutting as it does not contain XML data. Drop us a message tho if you really need a vector format.
