- It measures about 300 ( ~ 12 inch ) mm in length and about ~ 200 mm ( ~ 8 inches ) in height and width ( fins included ).
- You will need two 9 mm black rivets and some 3 oz ( ~ 1.5 mm ) thick vegetable tanned leather if you don't have access to thinner, pre dyed leather.
- We employed the use of a polyester pillow's filling to achieve the stuffing but you may find other alternatives.
- You may need Black dye if you can't get your hands on pre dyed leather. We used Fiebing's pro dye which we sealed with Acrylic Resolene.

💡 The absolute minimum tools you'll need for this project are a cutter ( box opener ), a metal ruler, a mallet, a 2 and a 4 mm punch, two blunt needles and a cutting mat. We use masking tape to prepare the pattern and always sew with 1 mm waxed thread. That's short and sweet but please PM us for more info if you're just starting out.
